Returns procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition, less the carriage paid. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original seeling price form the refund amount. Returns are at the cost of the buyer.
Delivery charges/Refunds
We do not refund any delivery charge, unless the item clearly has a fault and we have no replacement to offer. Upon delivery, please check the item whilst the carrier is still with you and sign the delivery note, if the delivery note is singed unchecked this will be void as this is not recognized by carriers as sufficient to lodge an insurance claim in the case of damages
Damages
All damages are to be reported within 24 hours. We will either provide a replacement or full refund on the item. Please do this by email via our contact form. Please do this by email via our contact form. Please do not ask our carriers to arrange exchanges without emailing us regardless of what the carrier informs you.
Please note that any damaged or faulty items may be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with our 7 day money back guarantee. Individual circumstances may deem that due to high costs and very low selling prices it may not be financially viable for us to offer a replacement, in these cases a repair or refund would be offered, this will be looked at on an individual basis at the sellers discretion.
Any stipulated dates or periods for the delivery are approximate estimates only. We shall not be liable for any expenses direct or indirect consequential or contingent loss or damage however caused, arising from delay in delivery of any goods to the buyer. Such delay shall not give rise to the right of the buyer to treat the contract as repudiated or to reject the goods and we shall have such extra time as is deem necessary to delivery the goods to the buyer.

We do NOT deliver to the following areas: Northern/Southern Ireland or any off shore Islands. If you require a delivery in West Wales or Scotland, please email your address details to us and we will contact our courier for a price quote and inform you.

Should you wish to collect your item/s, our warehouse is based in Aldridge (WS9 OPP). The days available for collection are Mon/Wed and Fri between the hours of 9-4 pm. Payment must be made in advance. If paying by cheque you must allow 7 working days for clearance. PayPal payments preferred. We will inform you by email as to when your items are ready for collection.
